The doctors didn’t believe me that I was having trouble seeing…at all. Every time we went to an appointment, the only questions they asked were about how much attention I was getting at home. The problem was that the issue with my eyes was way back in the retina and the lame doctors I was seeing were only looking at the lens. So, they gave me a prescription pair of lenses and hoped that would shut me up.
