I don’t mind someone trying to show me an old photo because chances are pretty good that if they describe it to me, I’ll be able to remember everything about the time and place that picture was taken. I’m not able to make any new visual memories but all the ones I do still have, I hold very precious. That’s probably one of the reasons  that I litter my home and office with things that help me remember a time at which I could still see.
